Where is my order?

We aim to deliver our products to based off of the information provided by the manufacturer. For more information on the specific products in your order, please look at the Shipping and Delivery tab on the relevant product page. Please note: we do not take any responsibility for any unforeseen circumstances that might happen whilst your order is on its way.

How long will my delivery take?

Delivery times may vary by product. Please take a look at the Shipping and Delivery tab per product that you wish to order. Depending on the the products within your order, you may receive delivery at different times. 

This is a result of the different lead times on our separate products. 

If you would like to receive all of your orders at the same time, please get in touch with us as soon as you have placed your order.

Can I have delivery done to my allotment? 

If you wish to have delivery done to your allotment, please specify this as the delivery address when confirming your order. If you are not able to be present during delivery, you are required to give strict instructions to the delivery driver. 

Should I Prepare a Base?

Yes, we recommend that you prepare a suitable base for your outdoor structure as this will create a firm foundation for the item that you build on top of it. 

How much is delivery?

Delivery costs varies based on the product that you are ordering as well as where you are located. For your convenience, please see the different shipping bands below:

Shipping Band A

Rules:

Band A has free shipping unless you are expecting delivery to the following post codes:

  • PA, KY, DD, PH, AB - £100 charge applied
  • IV, KW - £130 charge applied

If you order any additional extras without having any main products in your order, you will be subject to a £20.00 delivery fee.
